Big Bombastic Collective’s long-awaited release, Refug, has finally arrived at the BoogiePost HQ, and to celebrate we’re inviting all of you to join us for a release concert at Loppen, Copenhagen on Saturday, November 26th at 9 pm. Joining us are C’est Tout Martine and Andreas Bay Estrup (Dangers of the Sea). We are also proud to present DJ’s Art Keefer and Jeppar Dillar. Come early and get yourself a Cuba Libre on the house!
The album is due for release on December 10th, and will be available on vinyl and for download.
Our very own Michala Østergaard-Nielsen is releasing the first album in her own name, and what an album it is! The band is featuring Marc Ducret, Kasper Tranberg and Per Jørgensen, and they are touring in Sweden and Denmark this week.

Spring Release! Rhododendron String Band, your very own next-door string band, has finally released their debut EP, Keep on the Sunny Side, recorded in April 2008 together with vocalist Josefine Lindstrand. Go listen, and then read more about the band.

A huge thank you to all of you who helped us remembering the golden days of the Compact Disc. We at BoogiePost Recordings have however started to doubt that its days are over: in our planning scheme, we see not less than two releases with a couple of truly unique BP debutants due for release early next year, that is in just a few weeks. More about this soon.
We’ve got one for you this autumn: currently restructuring our closets to make space for the new Nuaia release, which is due for release October 26. The same week Nuaia plays release concerts in a few selected towns. See the events list for more info, and watch this space closely the coming days.
